ONE CHAIR.
NO BACK-AND-FORTH.
Rafa cuts all day. About thirty booking requests arrive each week, half in Spanish, usually while both hands are busy.
9 MESSAGES FOR 1 CUT

RAFA · after 5?

CLIENT · fade

1 SCREENSHOT. 1 TAP. BOOKED.
SKIN FADE · RAFA WILL SEE YOU THEN
How the hours are counted: every booking used to cost about 9 messages at 3 minutes of stop-and-start each, roughly 27 minutes off the chair. Now the client picks a held time in about 45 seconds and Rafa taps nothing. We only count bookings that actually happened this week, and money recovered is deposits kept or slots refilled after a cancel.
SIX MORE TRADES. SAME RULES, OWN QUIRKS.
ONE MESSAGE IN. ONE BOOKING OUT.
- 1 · THE MESSAGE“Oye Rafa, ¿hay espacio el viernes después de las 5?”
It lands on Instagram while Rafa is mid-fade. He screenshots it into the inbox later, or it never touches his hands at all.
- 2 · THE HOLDFRI 6:00 PM HELD · 20:00
Two Mirrors reads the ask in Spanish or English, checks the one chair, holds the two closest times and writes the reply for Rafa.
- 3 · THE TAPYOU'RE BOOKED
The client taps once. No app, no account, no back-and-forth. A ticket with the honest time, the address and a reminder.
A BOOKED CHAIR AT 2:15.
Walk it yourself in the same time it takes to watch it: send the ask, take the held time, then open the owner view and watch the ticket, the reminder and the ledger line appear.
